By purchasing from Wheelie World, whether online or offline, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. If cancellation occurs after shipping arrangements have been made, a £10 charge may apply.
2. Returns
You have 14 days to return unused items in their original packaging. Return shipping is your responsibility.
3. Refunds
Refunds may take up to 28 working days and are issued only to the original purchaser. Items must be unused and undamaged.
4. Faulty Items
Notify us of any faulty items immediately. Returns will be accepted after diagnostic checks, and repairs may take up to 30 working days.
5. Damage During Transit
We will replace or refund damaged items upon examination. Basic delivery charges will be refunded.
6. Warranty
Our products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover misuse or modifications.
7. Wrong or Damaged Items
Return incorrect items within 14 days. Notify us of damaged items within 24 hours with supporting evidence.
8. Items on Hold
Respond within 7 days to items marked for return. Failure to respond within 12 days may result in disposal.
9. Items Not Received
Allow 28 days from the order date for delivery. Claims after 30 days will be rejected.
10. Promotional Offers
Offers are subject to availability and may change without notice.
11. Safety Notice
Use products responsibly and follow safety instructions. Use in accordance with local laws.
12. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from product use.

WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF OUR LIABILITY
If we fail to comply with these terms and conditions, we shall only be liable for the purchase price of the goods and any proven losses that you suffer as a result of our failure to comply (whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise) which are a foreseeable consequence of such failure.
We will not be liable for losses that result from our failure to comply with these terms and conditions that fall into the following categories:
- Loss of income or revenue;
- Loss of business;
- Loss of profits;
- Loss of anticipated savings;
- Loss of data; or
- Waste of management or office time.
- Nothing in these terms and conditions are intended to exclude or limits our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- Any breach of the obligations implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979;
- Defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987;
- Any breaches of the obligations implied by the Consumer Rights Act Chapter 12
- Any other matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability.
Whilst we adopt industry standard protections against computer viruses we are not able to warrant that this website is free from computer viruses or any other malicious or impairing computer program.
